Need help to get this fix from microsoft please !

- Microsoft tell us to contact them to have the fix... I contacted my Dell representative and he'll do what he can with this issue. If someone can get me this fix don't hesitate coz I'm in kind of a hurry and I don't wanna wait for Microsoft to send me the fix... Thx in advance...

When I've had to get fixes from microsoft the fastest way I've found is to simply open a support issue with them (use the key off one of your desktop operating systems..you get 2 free support issues). When you open the ticket, simply list as your problem: "I need to obtain hotfix XYZ from MS Knowledge base article QXXXXX". They'll give you an FTP location pretty quick.
