its Delkin psu 600w that's all i know.. no link

i have not try updating the bios.. and i dont know how

I can't find any info on the PSU, but it looks like it's not good quality from the pics and brief descriptions of it. It could be causing the problem if it's failing. Even if it's not failing it has the potential to cause damage to your system. I'd recommend looking at a replacement.

Regarding the bios, you will have to look at the mobo support page for the bios updates, and instructions on how to do it. Read carefully, and follow the instructions closely. Often there is no need to update the bios, unless something isn't working, and in this case to be sure, i'd suggest doing a bios upgrade.

you can get some info here : https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-F2A55M-DS2-rev-30#support-dl

I updated my bios and the problem is the same.. I'm losing hope now

don't lose hope. Is it still hanging on the windows logo? Have you tried your old card in the system? Put the old one in, and see if it works. If it does it narrows the problem down to 2 things. The new GPU, or as I mentioned the PSU. I'd say it's the PSU. It's really not very good. It is most likely not supplying enough power to the system, or GPU and it's hanging.

Just to be sure, try memtest to test your memory. you can make a bootable USB with memtest on it, and run it at boot to operate it. Let it run for a few cycles and see if it throws up errors on the ram. That could be the issue, but I doubt it.

I'm going to the shop where i bought the gpu and ask why it's hanging in the windows logo.. Then i'll try again to work it. if it doesnt work again maybe the psu is the problem..

But my psu is 600watts...

yes, your PSU is 600w. That means nothing if the manufacturer uses bad parts. It could be rated at 600w and only provide 400 or whatever. The point is it's a bad PSU. The PSU is one of the most important things in your PC. If you use a bad one you risk it maybe blowing and damaging parts in your PC. If you have a decent PSU, then you know it will be okay, and if there is a problem it's most likely with another piece of hardware.

something like an EVGA GQ/G2 or Seasonic s12ii range would be good. I'm not sure if there is a 400-450w unit so a 500w unit will give you a little headroom.

They may costs about 50 €$£ depending on where you live, and what currency you have.

so does that mean my psu is the problem? is that why it stucks in the windows logo?

cooler master is good brand? i just search the shop near my location and i saw this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171088

it seems like a decent one based on reviews. not great, but still pretty good. :http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=386

if it's within your budget, then it should be fine for your setup and will be a good replacement for the poor unit that you currently have.
