Need help to oc my AMD Athlon 64 3400+

When I followed the tm guide to oc my cpu, I set my fsb to 210mhz with mutilple of 600mhz, it could not pass the stress test. It is only 5% oc. I have two different DRAM Timing memory in my system. 2 of them run as 2-2-5-2, one of tem runs as 3-3-5-8. Is that why I could not access DRAM Timing Configuration in my ASUS K8V motherboard and get a higher oc rating?
