Need help to Overclock my CPU

I don't know how to overclock my CPU so my computer stops the freezing with games. I don't want to mess it up to bad but I want it lag free.

First back up a sec. If your games are "freezing", OCing your CPU won't stop that. Your CPU by itself should be more than capable of playing today's games. What video card are you running? Are you running the built-in video card that came with your PC? If that's the case, then you should consider investing in a newer, mid to high end card so you can play higher settings w/o lagging. Also, keep in mind if the lag only occurs while playing multiplayer games online, there's not much you can do about that.
