at the moment its £690 I dont really want to go over the £700 mark maybe slightly, I was wondering if I could improve it at all, or cut back any price if some things aren't necessary to spend more on as I don#t like spending lots of money!

There you go, sir. Better graphics card and better PSU in exchange for H81 motherboard, which basically means nothing in terms of performance since this CPU cannot be overclocked anyway.
