Need help to upgrade my computer

You'll have to replaced the whole system. The CPU and GPU are you holding you back. I mean I suppose if it's compatible you could buy a cheap phenom x4 and better GPU. But all in all, if you're looking to game, the whole pc needs to be replaced, hardware is too old.

Have to agree with this. The components you have are just too old/low end. You really need to be considering an entirely new system rather than attempting to bring this system up to speed. IMO, that would just be a waste of money.

To be honest, I don't know if you could give it away but theres no harm in trying

Maybe. Windows is installed (assuming that's part of the purchase price) and the system is functional. $200 might be a bit high.
