Need help trouble shooting my new build

Backstory: So I bought a case and all of the supplies for a new work computer, just using it for light office work. I started putting it togeather and when I wen't to start it up...this is what happened



Symptoms: Push in the power button, all fans spin for about 1-2 seconds...then stop. nothing else happens.

Yes: I do have lights on the Mobo

noob mistake. didn't plug in the ATX 12v power.
