Hey guys, so recently I bought a new FX-8350, another GTX 960, and a new RM750x PSU to power all the new gear. I install all of it, make sure I was grounded, and put it all together. Then when I try to boot up, it has no display. And I think it's my motherboard, because when I always powered it on it would light up my mouse and keyboard. This time, it's not doing that. I've tried many ways to troubleshoot, like switching out the processors, switching the GPU's, unplugging things from the PSU, switching the PSU's, and even switching the RAM sticks. Maybe I missed something? I've had my motherboard fried before, ordered the same exact one, and it's showed the same symptoms. I will list the specs I have currently installed.

CPU: FX-4350 (OC 4.5GHz)
MOBO: AMD 970 GAMING
RAM: G.Skill 1866MHz 8GB (2x4)
PSU: RM750x
GPU: MSI GTX 960
SSD: Crucial BX100 128GB
HDD's: Wd Black 1TB, & another 300GB HDD

So yeah, thanks for the help! :3
P.S. (Remember, these are the parts I have physically installed.)

Solution
That's to eliminate any possibility of shorts with case that may not be apparent immediately. Just a bare minimum of parts added one by one.
