NEED HELP TURNING MY Pc INTO A GAMING PC

I would like some help in order to turn my PC into a gaming PC!
I would like to be able to play games like CS:GO, Player Unknown Battlegrounds, COD etc

If you are willing to risk some bottlenecks here and there, you could start off with a decent gpu upgrade (Preferably an rx 460, gtx 1050 or 750 ti). You can then start planning out on how to upgrade everything else to effectively eliminate the cpu bottleneck

So all I would need is connect a new graphic card? Is my Ram and Cpu strong enough? Or would it be better starting from scratch and making a $200 build?

The GPU will be held back by the CPU by quite a bit. That's why I'm telling you to start planning the next upgrade (Preferably the CPU, Motherboard and memory). You can indeed play but you will not be able to utilize 100% of the GPU until you upgrade your processor to eliminate the bottleneck.

Edit: Yes you could start off with a new build although that would definitely cost you more. No bottlenecks though
