hi, so I've been having a lot of problems with stuttering latley, and did a PC diagnosis. These are the errors that I encountered and wondered if anyone could help me figure out if these can be the cause of the stuttering. THANKS

What exact PC diagnosis did you do my friend? I can see the above, is this from an event viewer export?
Can you elaborate on the stuttering problem you are having?
What is your full system spec including PSU make and model?
Do you have latest BIOS installed?
When did the stuttering start?

i9 990kk
16gb ram 3200mhz
720w psu corsair
Cooler Master MasterAir MA410M
144hz monitor with g sync (dp 1,4)
Have newest bios
temp's and usage are fine.
Into digging into this for a couple of hours yesterday I realized that seems as if my fps spikes down for a second from 400-500 to 90-120 while playing. Even though this should still be smooth it's like a short freeze. There are 2 types of stuttering while I play. As I mostly play fortnite competitively. In the beginning of matches there is only the spike stutter which doesn't occur that often so it's not too much of a burden, but towards the end when the game requires a lot of power, my pc usually goes down to 180-190 average but feel extremely heavy and stuttery. The main problem I think I found so fair is that bmy idle DPC is 50-80 and it goes upwards to 100+ while playing. If I turn of my gpu while idling the dpc goes down to 20, that's how far iv came. I've tried most of the recommended fixes for this but non seem to work.
