So i recently purchase a pair of MH751s and i noticed that the mic is extremely quiet. I tried turning up the mic volume and mic boost to 30Db and there is a buzzing sound (like a plane engine) I noticed that there is no "Enhancements" tab in my menu.
I tried to uninstall the Realtek(R) Audio and update it to the newer driver. I keep uninstalling it from device manager but it keeps coming back. When i try to update to the newest driver, it shows "Install Realtek HD audio driver failure error code 0001".
Please guide me as I am very stressed by this realtek driver!!!

SPECS :
ASUS TUF GAMING B450 PRO S
COOLER MASTER MH-751
WINDOWS 10 x64

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What version of Windows 10 are you on at the time of writing? You can look through system, which can be found by right clicking Start>System, the version should be listed at the bottom of the new window. As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you currently on?

As for your driver installation, source the latest drivers from Asus's support site for your motherboard, disconnect from the internet, then uninstall your Realtek drivers, without rebooting, manually reinstall your audio drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. See if that helps with the audio. Also, have you tried working with another platform to see if the headset's mic is the culprit and not...

See if that helps with the audio. Also, have you tried working with another platform to see if the headset's mic is the culprit and not your audio chip/driver?

As for your connectivity, are you using a splitter? The headset you're working with has a 4 pole 3.5mm connector, meaning mic+audio out in one. If you're not using a splitter, might want to see if adding a splitter helps with the audio.

Solution
Thank you so much man! I have successfully deleted the realtek driver and reverted it to the windows high definition audio drivers. But now I do not know how to install the realtek hd audio drivers for the enhancement tab. Also, I tested the headset on a laptop and the buzzing noise is almost non-existant!
