[SOLVED] need help updating bios

I got a new mobo and new r5 2600x. can anyone walk me through how to update to the latest bios it can run? because I certainly can't read it out what ver I should update it to.

I would update it to version F52.
And follow this guide to update the BIOS using the Q-Flash utility from within the BIOS:

Don't update the BIOS unless you need to or it addresses a issue your having with the PC.

Best that can happen is you update the BIOS.

Worst that can happen is you brick the motherboard with a bad flash.
