PF: 27 Gpixel/s TF: 70 Gpixel/s Bandwidth: 130 GB/s

70 degrees celsius max temp while playing crysis 3 on ultra high texture with high presets at x16 AF and SMAAx1 Low AA with motion blur deactivated and lens flare activated at 1680x1050 resolution)

you cant really do much better for that psu. Like i said, for a noticeable upgrade a 270x or gtx760, both of which have 500w psu recommendations. They may work on your psu, but being a no-name brand, i would say it may not last long. And when a psu dies it can take out other components. If it were my PC it wouldnt even have that power supply in it at all. Ive been there, done that, with an exploding psu that destroyed my motherboard. Most experienced system builders will say the same.
i would be upgrading that psu, looks like a generic rebadge type psu, not a quality name brand. What are the rest of your system specs? Turn off AA and lower texture detail in crysis 3, 1gb vram is not enough for that game to run on anything but the lowest detail settings. If you want an upgrade you would be looking at a 2gb gtx660 or r9 270 or better, but depending on the cpu you have you may/may not notice a difference with a faster gpu.

Radeon R7 265
Essentially, this is an overclocked Radeon HD 7850 that delivers performance competitive with Nvidia's GeForce GTX 660. As such, it deserves a strong recommendation at the $150 price point.

would that r7 265 run on my PSU?

450 watts powerstation2 full sleeved true rated.

would it be a decent upgrade over 650 ti boost? how many fps would i get if i upgrade to that?

i mean according to benchmarks the 650 ti boost is faster in terms of gaming compared to hd 7850

it wouldnt be an upgrade over the 650ti boost, a 7850/r265 are on the same tier. the only thing you would benefit would be the extra gig of ram, but you could just as easily get a 2gb 650ti boost and be on the same level. It will only help in games that are using up all your current 1gb vram and overflowing to slower system ram. You wont really get a true upgrade unless you go to a r9 270x or 280 or a well oc'd 660 or gtx760. I would recomment a quality 500w psu for any of those cards.

will nvidia turbocache help my 650 ti boost, cuz it only have 1gb of ram but in dxdiag it has 4gb. so i don't need to get 2gb version. and besides its MSI version better than stock gtx 650 ti boost.

no you have 1gb vram, the rest is system ram which is allocated for vram overspill and system ram is a lot slower than vram.

no it just allows you to play games that use more than 1gb vram. If your vram gets filled, and you didnt have that extra system memory option, the game would crash or you'd get missing textures.
