Thank you for taking the time to read this and maybe respond.

I built my original setup and updated my gpu to what it was before doing the rebuild. Currently the system is:
Asus B550-f
Tuf 3080
Ryzen 7 5800x
32gb of Ballistics Ram
1 tb m.2(for os or minor programs)
1tb ssd (for games)
Evga 850 gold psu
Ek 360 aio
After swapping my motherboard and cpu I got it set back up and ready for a test. The motherboard I got was already setup for the Ryzen 5000 series unlike my previous B450. When I turned on the system, the rgb came on and all the fans went to idle(not 100% like some bad posts). When I was in bios the system was showing the new cpu but nothing under boot priority. After a few mins of just checking the bios, it randomly freezes. Knowing a what I do, I figured this was a bad sign to come(oh was it). I then turned back on and continued with trying to reinstall os to my m.2. I was in the middle of a video when my pc shut down randomly from bios.

After that shutoff I knew something wasn’t right and when I went to restart into bios I just got the solid yellow led(more orange if you ask me) but no screen, no lights on keyboard or mouse, and I couldn’t get the bios to come up with the black screen. I followed the simple testing of turning back fully off and taking out the Gpu to remove the battery and clear the CMOS. When I turned it back on I got the same yellow led and black screen and no m&k lights. Since I know the bios did load but had a freeze and restart and the fact that the motherboard was already bios compatible for the new cpu it leads me to believe it’s something to do with the cpu or motherboard.

Since working on the troubleshooting, I returned the cpu and got a new one in case there was a issue with the memory controller on the cpu. If anyone has time to help get this back into bios and os installed it would be a huge help. Otherwise the micro center guys might be making some money, troubleshooting it for me. Lol thanks again

So going to close the thread. The cpu was under too much pressure with the EK aio and after reseating and redoing the system it came in perfect. No issues in bios and booted back to a fresh windows Install
