If you want to stream off the CPU in x264, even a 7700 isn't really going to be good enough. If you're using NVENC off of the graphics, shouldn't the i5 4440 be doing ok already? Are you sure that you need to upgrade? The 7700 isn't really enough of an upgrade to justify the money and it's outdated. If you want to stay on intel I'd get an i7 8700, but you should really be looking at the Ryzen 2600/2600X for streaming on a budget-ish build.

You can't upgrade your CPU without changing the motherboard, which means a clean Windows setup.

What is the budget for the upgrades you are looking to do? Your system is pretty balanced, your CPU is a good match for the 1050Ti.

I do see a few things, 12 gb of RAM, are you running 4 sticks in dual channel or do you have an 8 and a 4 gb stick?

Your hard drive is a standard one, going to an SSD will make the system faster overall, although won't help with your FPS in games.
