Need Help: Upgrading from integrated graphics

Hello!
For the longest time I have ran with my factory-built PC's integrated graphics - ATI Radeon HD 4200. I am looking to upgrade my computer with a graphics card.
My computer runs on a 300W rated power supply so obviously I cannot run a high-end card, but I want something better than what I have.

So, what's the best graphics card I can *safely* place on my machine?
Here are links to detailed specifications on both my computer and motherboard:

Computer: HP Pavillion p6347c
Motherboard: H-RS880-uATX (Aloe)

Note: I use an additional HDD and a SSD on the machine (not sure if the wattage these use impact my options)
If possible, list both AMD and NVIDIA suggestions?

The best possible graphics card would be the Nvidia GTX750ti.
Other options would be the non-ti 750, AMD HD 7750, AMD R7 250.
