Need help upgrading mobo/graphics card

Hey guys so my video card crapped out on me and i think its time for me to upgrade

Im not good at picking parts knowing which are compatible, but do you guys think i can scrap these parts and just upgrade to a new mobo/video card

If you have the budget, and it is time to upgrade the whole PC, the lga1156 system is too old. But if you have the limit budget then buy the used MB from ebay or amazon, I think you are hard to find the lga1156 MB.

You say 'upgrade' motherboard, why? Or do you mean 'replace'? The point is if your current motherboard still works then stick with it. I'd suggest a GTX 1050 for a videocard. I have no idea what games you play or what resolution you run, but a 1050 is what makes sense for a budget system, which is about what you have.
