Need help upgrading my motherboard to a better one.

Hey guys, I need some help on choosing a new motherboard. My Specs are: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pYwLjX

*Budget up to 200 dollars and it need to be a MicroAtx motherboard and have Sata III, USB 3.0, LGA Socket 1155, support for long length CPU cooler such as the Cooler Master V4 GTS and PCI express x16.

If you guys need more information just ask, I don't know much about motherboards so I decided to ask for a advice=)..Thanks in advance!
