[SOLVED] Need help upgrading my pc for the RX 6800 XT

Dear friends,

I would like to upgrade my PC because i am still having some stutter and lag in some games when playing 4K. I have around 1k euro to spend and i am not sure what would be causing this problem and if i need a 5000 series CPU to get even more FPS. I would like to have the best FPS possible when playing 4k so that i don't have to upgrade my pc for a while.

PC specs:
Windows: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Motherboard: B450 Gaming Plus Max
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Ram: 32GB 3600 MHz
Monitor: 27GN950 Monitor 120Hz cant run 144Hz because AMD doesn't have DSC only Nvidia
SSD: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
Power Supply: Cooler Master V Series V850

3700X is pretty good for 4k gaming,btw 90% of the work at 4K is done by the gpu.I would upgrade anything tbh.The psu is good,u have more than enough ram,yeah i still wouldnt upgrade anything.What was ur old GPU?
