Hello,
So I've had my PC for over 2 years now, and I'm thinking of upgrading it in the near future. I wanna make sure that it's worth it or should I just buy a new PC.

My specs:
CPU: Inter Core i5 3450 3.1Ghz 6MB L3 Cache s1155
MB: Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H
RAM: G.Skill Ares 2x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz
VGA: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHZ Edition 1GB GDDR5
PS: Antec High Current Gamer 620W

More details in the spoiler below.

So I'm thinking to add another 8GB RAM which is no problem, but the thing is I want to afford a video card that's worth buying which should be MUCH better than my current one and I mean.. So much better, so I don't feel like I've wasted a little more of a price just to get a slight difference and improvement in performance. I need it BIG. o:

I was looking into a GeForce GTX 980 card, which I can afford. I just wonder if it's compatible with my current PC build.
Also any suggestion for a decent affordable i7 CPU would be great too.

This is the site I use for shopping, http://en.ksp.co.il
But if there's any international site I can buy from other than eBay you can suggest would be much appreciated.

Thank in advance : )

In my opinion, your i5 is still okay and it would be a waste to spend so much on an i7 for gaming as you won't get much more performance from it.
8GB is still plenty and I advise you spend the extra getting a new GPU.

I would recommend the GTX 970. Will max out all your games at 60fps for a lot less than the 980. Can play 1440p at ultra detail and would be a absolutely massive improvement over the HD 7770 (this can play medium/high at the moment?)

Makes a whole lot of sense. Now I'm only left with deciding which brand to go for, but I'll figure this out after looking into it. So thanks a lot mate!

Thanks everybody!
