Need help upgrading my pc !

I want to upgrade my pc. Here is the specs:
i5-3470
gigabyte h77 ds3h
500 GB seagate HDD
470W Acbel psu
20 inch DELL monitor 1600*900
4GB of corsair vengeance ram
----------------------------------
This is my plan: Get 4GB of ram more , a GTX 960 , an SSD, a psu and a second monitor. Is that ok?
I think 1 monitor is not enough for me!!
Can a GTX 960 max out everygame at 900p res and delivers me 40+ FPS ?

if you're not on too tight of a budget going ahead and going up to a 970 wouldn't hurt really a 980 is probably best but that's anywhere from 400-700 dollars and as for the ram 8 is usually plenty

The 960 is an entry level to 1440p card. It will eat any game at 900p. In terms of powersupply, I recommend 80plus bronze and above from brands such as corsair and seasonic. You can also pick evga, antec, and silverstone

I don't think i will go up to a 970! because i just play some light game such as: league of legend, DOTA 2, Call of duty .... and i also spend my money on other parts ! Btw, thank you for the reply !

thanks for your reply! i wont buy a 1080p monitor because i'm going to have a dual monitor system and the old one is 900p !
