Question Need help upgrading to SSD

I have a motherboard which claims to supprt 'SATA Express' SSDs up to 10 Gb/s however I can't find any SATA Express SSDs for sale :/.

I don't know if my setup supports 'M.2', 'NMVe' or whatever.

I don't think sata express really took off, as a technology. Your board doesn't support NVME, M.2 drives. You are going to be limited to SATA 2.5" ssd's, like the Crucial MX500 or similar.
