Need help urgent!

So i had a FX-6300, went to a i5-4690k and using my 750ti, i went o play csgo.
I have Geforce experience and it says i have all the latest drivers, so does the Intel driver update Utility.
I think maybe my PC is using the integrated graphics or something? i still get 120+ FPS but it stutterss so bad and it never used to happen, ive optimized it ives tried using 60fps cap.

If your monitor is plugged into your graphics card output (and not the motherboard), it's not using the integrated graphics.

yeah it is so its using the GPU, maybe i got the wrong drivers? could you tell me where to get the latest drivers for...

intel i5-4690k
Geforce Nvidia GTX 750ti
Gigabyte Z97P-D3

i think i have the right programs for the drivers but just to double check/.

i didn't when i first put it together but to make sure i got all the amd stuff out of the system i did that last night and reinstalled csgo and a few others over night.
I installed Intel Drivers utility, it says its up to date, so does NiVidia Geforce, i have it plugged in right too.

do a clean format
do not install the gpu yet , wait for full update done
