Question Need help!! Urgent. ( GPU dead?)

Hey guys

So my pc has been acting kinda weird lately.
So all that happens is that when I switch on my pc my monitor detects nothing and the power button on it just blinks with no video.

I don't know whether if my gpu is dead or something else is dead and do not have any other rig to test on. I have also tried reseting ram but nothing helps! I have also tried different PCIE slots but still nothing works.

Mobo: M5A99FX PRO R2. 0
CPU: FX- 8350
GPU: GTX 960 2GB
PSU: CORSAIR CX500M
16GB OF DDR3 RAM

First of all, that is a shockingly bad title. you should put the problem in the title.

2nd of all, have you tried a different monitor (you can use your tv)
and a different cable
and a different port on both the monitor and card?
