Better GPU
The i5 comes with a stock heat sink that is more than sufficient
Decent enough power supply, the one you put in there was overkill
Better monitor for the price.
Dual channel RAM improves the performance in CPU bound cases.

Yes, it's good. Although as the guy above said, the power supply is a bit big. An EVGA 500B 80+ Bronze will do fine, and is better quality than corsair's CX series. And a 970 would make a big big difference performance wise in games, so i would recommend to go for that.
