Solution
Pretty much very high-ultra settings 1080p 60fps+ on nearly all last years games but will vary on the games optimisation and requirements.

The only other thing I will say is that you should get a small 120Gb for the OS to be installed on and some small programs that you always keep loading up such as music players, browsers and pc cleaning software. My SSD made a world of a difference compared to my HDD as now chrome loads in 5 seconds compared to 30-60s on my HDD.

Trust me get an SSD for the OS then get a 1TB Western Digital Blue HDD for all your music, videos, odd programs and big games that don't need fast loading while your favourite games can be put on your SDD. Totall worth it.

Samsung EVO 850 120GB...

There are some rumors that you could overclock anyway, and I wasn't finding good mATX mobos @ H170. Thanks though!

Samsung EVO 850 120GB SSD:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-2-5-Inch-Solid-State-Drive/dp/B00P738Z8O/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1457532853&sr=1-1&keywords=samsung+evo+850+120gb

Or go for the 250GB one which is a nice sweet spot as the 500GB is way overpriced:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-inch-Solid-State-Drive/dp/B00P736UEU/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1457532917&sr=1-1&keywords=samsung+evo+850+250gb
