NEED HELP w/GPU next to other PCI cards!

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem I'm having. I want to get this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125470 but my problem is the card won't fit into the PCI slot my current GPU is in, reason for that is the card is too long and would touch my Dick drive bays. I have a AVerMedia Live Gamer HD which is just above my second PCI Express slot. I was wondering if putting that 760 there would overheat either of the cards, because they are too close?

If you can, moving the hdd might be an easier option, if you cant you can move that card up to that top slot, the temps will be slightly higher, but almost all the heat of gpu will be pushed down, not into the existing card.
