Need help w/ new Build

I am building a new computer to replace on current 3 year old rig. My current Budget is around $1500. I did a little research and this is what I've come up w/ and was wondering if it can be improved so I can get more bang for my buck.

Thank you for the information I updated my PSU to a EVGA 750W ATX12V / EPS12V now

I updated the build again and added 2 GTX 970's instead of going w/ the single 980 and also changed the case to a Mid-Tower from a Full.
