Need help w the PSU, is this enough?

This is my build:
MOBO: MSI 760GM-P34 (FX)
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon R9 270X
HARDDRIVE: 500GB WESTERN DIG. 7200rpm
RAM: 2X4gb DDR3-1600
CASE: Cooler Master N200
PSU: Corsair CX430 V2

Will the PSU be enough to power on everything?
Because when I plug in the GPU, monitor doesnt have any display. When i take it out and power on the computer, shows a display, and i can actually run it. Ive been installing drives and utilities. Then after that, i tried plugging the GPU again and no display again? Is it that im missing wattage or my mobo simply doesnt support my GPU.(when GPU is plugged in, the fans on the GPU works)

Doesn't that card need 2 - 6 pins.

yes it does need 2x6pins but i used the molex soo i can connect it. All the fans work, usb devices that are plugged in are powered up. But just no display on the screen when its plug in. Oh screen is connected to mobo because i dont have the connection to the GPU

That's because the GPU disables the onboard graphics when it's in the slot therefore no display.

Yes , your power supply is sufficient , you just need to connect.
