Need help w/ this gpu and this psu.

Hi guys, i bought a 750 ti from gigabyte, and i have got this psu: http://www.apextechusa.com/products.asp?pID=43
GIgabyte version asks for a 400w / 24 amp on 12 v psu I have a 450w / 28 amp psu (IT IS GENERIC, I KNOW) I dont have money for a CX or Coolermaster psu, and i have to wait until april to get a good psu. Can this psu handle this graphic card? It has a 6 pin power connector but it uses maxwell so it is not going to take a lot of w from that way, or is it? Please help me

If the GPU needs 400W, it won't work since your CPU will need more than 50W.

Yes that is plenty of power the 750 ti does not use anywhere near 400watts. But i would definitely recommend you get a better power supply soon i wouldn't trust that thing at all.
