need help wifi adapters losing range i think

im trying to connect to xfinity wifi but it doesnt show up on on my computer it shows up on my sisters computer and my phone it was working yesterday i dont know why it happened

Hey Alfred. I get similar problems when there are to many Wifi Routers at the same 2.4Ghz frequency around my house.
I get various problems, going from low reception and at extreme cases slower speeds. I suggest you doing the following: You should try to update your Modem (router) to the latest version. and changing the Wifi router chanel, I saw This tutorial = http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/21132/change-your-wi-fi-router-channel-to-optimize-your-wireless-signal/ Seems good enough.

Edit: I´m for example usin a Frizbox Modem router, its quite smart because it shows me how many devices are at the same chanel
