My motherboard is Asus M4A78-EM/1394. link - https://www.asus.com/in/Motherboards/M4A78EM1394/ .It has ddr2 3*2gb = 6gb of corsair gaming ram. link - https://www.amazon.com/Gaming-Memory-2GB-DDR2-CGM2X2G800/dp/B001ANZO02. Now im upgrading from my XFX 4890 to rx480 8gb. I want to play games at very high settings with a solid performance and don't like a drop in performance.But since some modern games like ac syndicate,Gta 5 require more than 6gb of ram my questions are
1.Can i add extra 2gb ddr2 which is different like this - http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-DDR2-2GB-RAM-CM2X2048-6400... ? Will it have any compatibility issues with my motherboard and older rams or whether it will work fine?
2. Is 6gb really enough given rx480 is a powerful card ?
3.What happens when i run out of 6gb ram in games ?
Note: I use this system only for gaming and no multitasking.
