Need Help- Windows 10 Universal serial bus controllers Problem

i have HP Notebook - 15-ac132nia Windos 10 installed , last night my usb flash drive stoped working, i test it on all ports of my laptop but it was not showing, i checked 2 more usb devices but same result, these usb flash drives working fine on other laptops which means the problem is in my system so i go to device manager for any driver related issue and found only two entries with yellow marks under universal serial bus controllers
1.Mobile 5th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) USB EHCI Controller - 9CA6
2.USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller

and their device status is : Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

i have tried to uninstall and intall these two again but they came with the same mark
i have tried to update driver but it gives error code 39 unable to update driver missing or currpted

now i dont know what to do, plz help me to solve this issue
