Question need help with $1000 gaming and editing build

Approximate Purchase Date: im in highshool so i dont get paid too well so id say 3-4 months
Budget Range: around $1000, parents have amazon prime so alot of things i can get faster with free shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, adobe cc applications (photoshop, premiere, after effects), and streaming if possible

Additional Comments: i want something i wont need to worry about any upgrades past additonal ram or storage for 2 or 3 years

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: pc cant handle what i want it to do, ie: streaming while playing games, higher end editing, etc
