This is what i have so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fknFpb

Any feedback on what i have so far would be appreciated. Because i am a noob, i did a little research and thats what i found.

I do need a Cooler and Fans(one of the other, since i dont know much about cooling), Optical Drive[would like it to be able to read Blu-Ray, dvd and cd(read and write)] and, a case to fit it all(with a window for LED Coloring).

Also Network Adapter(Wired and Wireless), and a Decent sound card, a Fan Controller maybe?

I dont think I want to Overclock.

Solution
You might as well go for the k processor if not just for the extra clock speeds out of the box.
It remains much more relevant as time goes on.
In addition i've included a tempered glass case with good build quality and features.

No need for a soundcard. Switched to a nonk CPU (k just for overclocking) and a h270 board (SLI and overclocking only point of your z270) dropped to 2400 MHz memory as it'll be all that is supported and dropped to 16 gb as unless constantly editing giant videos it won't help to have 32 GB. Added Blu-ray reader/DVD burner switched to a less insanely priced 1080, and added a decent CPU coolers(not required, but nice since the whole thing is still a good bit cheaper than your original build)

Ha ha I came up with pretty much the same build. glad I refreshed the page before I added my response. I added a case which I like but is pretty bland but I also added a pcie wifi adapter. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

While all of this makes sense, I am going to be using this for gaming, streaming, designing(graphic design), video editing and maybe music production. I plan on using it for alot of things
