Question Need help with 2080 Graphics Card and Monitorcombo

I7-8700K
AUROS Gaming Ultra Mobo
16 GB 3200 Gskill ram
1060-6gb evga ssc
Older 60hz ips 1080p LG monitor

I'm looking to get a 2080 and monitor to go along with it. I've been looking at cards and came up with the ROG-STRIX-RTX2080-08G as my best choice. But I noticed the ROG-STRIX-RTX2080-A8G. What's the difference and which to pick. For the monitor I was looking at the PG279Q. Any suggestions or changes? Things to look out for? Thanks

ROG-STRIX-RTX2080-O8G-GAMING

is much cheaper, more overclocked, and has a VR display port. I would choose it.
