500w psu
atx/micro atx case
2 1tb hdds

i need Mobo, cpu and ram
ill upgrade my gfx card later.

Few words

Ryzen 3 1300X is the best value CPU when it comes to the Ryzen CPU family.
While you can go cheaper on MoBo, this is the cheapest MoBo that has 4 RAM slots for easier RAM upgrade in the future.
I also added 16GB of RAM which is more than enough to play today's games. You can also go cheaper on RAM and get 2133 Mhz RAM but you'd loose RAM performance due to this.
