Need help with 4770k

I have read many reviews of the 4770k and heard of it running very hot, I was wondering if a cooler master hyper 212 evo will be enough to cool it

Haswell doesnt run hot till you start applying 1.3v to it. A hyper 212 could be able to cool it up to 4.4Ghz

I have one, and it doesn't run hot in my experience, at least with my Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo on it. I'm running at 29-30 deg. C right now web browsing. When I put a mild overclock on it (up to two cores 42x, four cores 39x), and do a video encode in HandBrake with all four cores pegged at 100% and all running at just over 3.9 GHz, the CPU temperature never rises above 62 deg. C.
