need help with 650 pound pc setup (amd)

hi guys. I have some expierience building an intel pc, but sometime ago a friend asked me if i could help him select components for a computer with a budget of aroud 650 pound.
i was thinking going amd, since it's quite alot cheaper i've heard.
Problem with that is that i don't know much about amd cpu/gpu's.

The pc would be used for playing games like battlefield 4 (on ultra if possible)

any help would be nice!

components i was thinking about so far:

cpu: AMD FX8320 Black Edition 8 Core
mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Motherboard
gpu: no clue, please tell me what's smart when using amd cpu.

for the rest of the components, that don't have to do with amd/intel, i know about what i'm gonna use. I only really lack knowledge on the cpu/gpu/mobo part.

pardon my ignorance but is bf4 even out for at least a benchmark? if it's not, then how do we gauge what cpu/gpu to pair together to run bf4 on ultra?

Bf4 is indeed not released yet, but inwas just stating it so people know what the goal of this pc would be
