Need help with $900 Mini-Itx build

This will be my first build and I want to know before I buy anything if everything will fit and if this is the best Mini-Itx I can get for my money.

I also have a couple of other questions:
-Will the i3 bottleneck the gpu?
-PC partpicker says wattage is 269W. Is that true? Is my psu good enough?
-I know nothing about buying monitors either. Is this one good enough?
-I am not an audiophile. I just want cheap speakers that will play sound without static. How are these?


I also wanted the cheapest ambidextrous mouse that will do the job...so yeah I just took a guess on that one.

If you have a little more money I would get the Creative T10 Speakers. I heard them and they sound good. All cheap 2.0 systems are useless for gaming. CPU should not bottleneck, I have seen Pentiums with a similar GPU before so no need to worry. Mouse shuld be fine.

Looks like a pretty solid build to me. I'm a big fan of the CM Elite 120.

The i3 will be fine and will not bottleneck the 7850, although if you can squeeze a little more into the budget the i5 3350p is on sale for $169 right now. Normally I suggest AMD in this price range but you are limited to Intel for mITX.

269w sounds about right for this build. Nothing there is drawing very much power. The Corsair 430 is a good PSU and will handle this rig with no problems.

Can't comment on the speakers but those are pretty cheap and you usually get what you pay for.

That's actually a really nice monitor for the price, especially for 1920x1080. Fine if you only want 21.5"

My only suggestion would be to get a graphics card that has the blower type cooler that expels the hot air out of the case. This is really useful in a case that doesn't have a ton of airflow like this one. Coolers like the Twin Frozr on that MSI card offer great cooling, but dump the hot air back into the case which isn't the best for mITX.

Something like this would work and offer a little more performance.

I changed my build to include the EVGA GTX 660 and T10 creative labs speakers, but I really can't afford an i5 also. The final cost will be $935 Thanks for the advice! I will be purchasing everything in the next week or so
