My budget is 3000 Dollars.

The monitor, mice, keyboard and everything else will be bought separately.

I just want a system running a 2080ti and i9 without an issue and that it hopefully wont give me problems in the future. I really want it to run it smoothly

I’ll greatly appreciate any advice or list that you guys can bring up for me.

Thanks alot and have yourself a great day ! :)

I've checked everything. The components are compatible with each other. You'll have 1 tb ssd for games and stuff like that. 2 tb hdd for mass storage. The i9 9900k temps should be low unless you're overclocking the hell out of it. You got four rbg fans, three at the front (as intake) and one at the back (as exhaust). If you're going to build it make sure you put the radiator at top of the case (it has a radiator bracket) And make those three fans for the radiator as exhaust so it'll be easier to remove heat inside the case.
