Im a beginner at building gaming pc and want someone to help build one that includes a OS and it has to be UNDER 550 Canadian. I want an good AMD CPU with integrated graphics and at least 8GB of ram

Solution
These choices are up to you.look at some benchmarks for how it does in gaming.

This motherboard would i change to this,
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-a78me35
this has the internal connector for sub 3.0 at the front of the case i chose, otherwise is there no use to it.
I would pick this one with it,
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaf2a88xd3h
for the overclock capabilities.

If you just want the cheapest option would your choices do too.The asus motherboard i chose costs less and has usb 3.0 ports at the back which the gigabyte doesn't have.
That's a dead end choice. Do you realize that?

If you need OS and Monitor Keyboard Mouse let me know. You will need to borrow an external Optical Disk Drive or get a friend to make a USB install for OS. (Or spend money for your own Optical Drive)

He could be under $550 with windows and dvd player,

but it's over budget, but the gpu is easily upgraded when having the money and the motherboard should give some overclocking headroom.

For your first suggestion i changed the cpu to the AMD A10-5800k quad core processor because it is cheaper and it is a 3.8GHz and I changed motherboard to the Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-S1 Micro ATX FM2+.Let Me know if this works better was fooling around with the suggestion i was given
