Need help with a air cooler for i7-7700k

Hello i have a fairly small case with the room in side being L: 12 W: 7 H: 14 and i need a fan that will work with the i7-7700k and fit in my case i am not sure what else you need to know im new at this but my motherboard is a
ASRock Motherboard Motherboards Z270M PRO4

i dont have my i7-7700k in there or the motherboard yet because i dont have the cooler but here is what it currently looks like so you can get some sort of idea

case type or picture would certainly help. cryorig h7 is ususally a good call for most stuff but on the higher i7 7700k would have to see the case its in.
