Question I need help with a BSOD from a bugcheck ?

Occasionally i get a BSOD from a bugcheck on my pc ( at least thats what it says in event viewer) and im not sure how to fix it, it just seems to happen sometimes without any warning... any help would be appreciated 🙁

Using WinDBG, I noticed that;
psmsrv.dll
Is what's shown as the component failure. You might want to see if repairing the OS helps, using this guide;

Please be sure to backup any and/or all mission critical data before proceeding in case the system is unable to boot to OS GUI.

That seems a bit.. scary to do.. so im not 100% sure that ill be able to do that since i dont really understand 🙁
