Here is my build! First ever in fact.
i7 6700k
Noctua NH-D15 cpu cooler
Asus Z170 Pro gaming/aura
G.Skill ripjaws 32gb (2x16) ddr4-3200
Samsung 850 evoseries 500gb ssd
WD caviar blue 1TB 7200rpm hdd
Zotac GeForce gtx 1080 AMP! Extreme
EVGA 750w 80+ gold power supply
Fractal Design Define R5 black window case
Some random optical drive

How many case fans do I need? Any other slight upgrades I could do? My budget is around 2500-2600$. Also, is the power supply with 750w overkill and should i settle for a 650w one instead? Feel free to give me other suggestions as I am really really new to this.

I gotcha mate but even if it's your budget sometimes people don't want to "over"spend on some parts. I wouldn't pay 50$ for a fan whether I could afford it or not.

As for your fan setup:
Not a fan of dual top exhaust as it kinda ruins your airflow from time to time as the air sucked in by the CPU cooler gets also sucked by the top exhaust.

2 intake front, maybe one bottom, 1 rear and 1 top exhaust should handle anything you throw at the system

- get a cheaper cooler. A Cryorig H5 Universal or Noctua U12S will handle any OC you throw at the i7 without higher noise levels
- for gaming 16GB RAM is all you need. 32GB is only a nice to have for heavier video editing
- your PC won't draw more than 500W. A nice 650W PSU will do fine. I recommend EVGA's G3. Alternatively the GS/G2 is nice as well.

For case fans I'd add 2 140mm Phanteks or Noctua fans. 1 might be enough. Depends on your budget.

Thank you for your suggestions! The budget is 2500-2600 $ and I did say this if you read carefully. About the case fans, I was planning to do quite heavy overclocking which is why I was thinking adding more fans would lower the temperatures drastically. Here is what I thought I would do with the Noctua NF-A14 PWM 82.5 CFM 140mm Fan:

top - dual 140mm exhaust
rear - 140mm exhaust
front - dual 140mm intake
bottom - 140mm intake

Would this be way too much for this system?
