What one should I get? I don’t know if this affects anything but my gaming monitor has AMD freesync. Sorry don’t know that much about computers

None of these builds have an AMD card so that does not matter.
You still have not answered whether you need keyboard/mouse and OS?

If you do not need them, go for either of the last three builds. All will serve you well.

If you need them, go for either of the first two builds but drop the monitor, so you have some money which you can put towards a better GPU or more RAM or bigger SSD.
