Another question, want to spend another 50 pounds on a somewhat silent air cooler, or a cheap AIO, if anyone can find a good option please send the link my way.

Solution
AIOs under 240mm are useless. I wouldn't have gone for that H510 but it's already bought, and not a huge issue. I'd say maybe get an air cooler and a fan or two for the case. Stock cooler on 3600 is trash. Try these

Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo
Noctua NH-U12S
CM Hyper 212 RGB

The mobo you chose doesn't support ryzen 3000 out of the box and doesn't have flashback so you'll need a 1000/2000 CPU to. Update bios unless the seller has done it himself. Try MSI's B450 boards with "MAX" suffix

I can't really find something that's not overpriced or doesn't have £67 for shipping

So here's a list of the boards I was talking about, these are all Ryzen 3000 compatible out of the box:

  • B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
  • B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
  • B450M MORTAR MAX
  • B450-A PRO MAX
  • B450M PRO-VDH MAX
  • B450M PRO-M2 MAX
  • B450M-A PRO MAX
