Need help with a case: Antec V1

Solution

That's decent entry level gaming case from Antec. For your mid-range config with non-K i5 4460, R9 270X the case will be fine. As its a Mid ATX case the PSU will fit in this easily. In fact, this value oriented budget case are used for builds with overclock processors.

This case allows up to 4 fans. The specs:

Cooling system:

- 1 x 120 mm to LED exhaust fan
- 1x 120 mm rear exhaust fan (optional)
- 1x 120 mm side intake fan (optional)...

- 1 x 120mm overhead fan (optional)

Having said that this case comes only with 1 rear 120mm exhaust fan. I suggest you get at least 1 front intake fan to have cool air to be taken in through it. And let the hot air exit through the rear exhaust fan.

Get this for front intake - http://www.pichau.com.br/hardware/ventoinhas-e-casemod/fan-120mm-cooler-master-sickleflow-red-led-r4-sxdp-20fr-r1-red-box

Maximum graphics card length: (290 mm). Most of the R9 270X will not exceed the 290mm length, so would easily fit in this case.

You can very well go with this pretty good budget oriented case.

Cheers!
