Need Help With A Few Questions About My Build.

Hello there!
I have a few questions about my build : http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/bTvf7h it is for CSGO so high end gpu or cpus are not needed

Questions:
1. It says the case supports usb 3.0 headers but my mobo has usb 2.0 headers, will this cause any conflict? Or should it work without any interruptions?
2. (really really really noob question) how many usb 2.0 headers does the Fractal Design Core 1000 MicroATX case have? And where are they located?
3. Is there any way to lower my price of the build but not hurt the performance?

1. No, USB 3.0 is backwards compatible with USB 2.0
2. If I'm not wrong, 1 x USB 2.0 header. I don't know the exact location
3. Yes you could
- Buying refurbished components (choose wisely which).
- Buying the components on cheaper websites.
- I see no need for a 24 " monitor.

2)1 in the front, but get case with usb 2.0
3)144mhz on a gtx 950, waste of money
