Need help with a GPU

That's not accurate. The 660Ti has a TDP of 150W. Nvidia suggests a 450W for the total system. (I agree: the 650W rating is deceptive since only 456W is available on the 12V rail - but that wattage is more than enough for a typical system with a GTX 660Ti)

Based on power draw alone, a 450W PSU of good quality would suffice, even though chip manufacturers give themselves a pretty big overhead when they make that recommendation.

However, the need for 2 6-pin connectors is potentially at issue. And I agree with geofelt, though, that, while you can use a splitter to turn the...
GTX660ti usually needs two 6 pin aux power leads.
A 6 pin can deliver 75w.
Since your psu has a 6+2 connector, in theory, it can deliver 150w.
You might buy a 8 pin pcie splitter to do what you want.
That said, I think I would do something else.

I think your psu may not be of great quality and probably should be changed out.

Or, the GTX660ti is an older, power hungry card. A equally well performing GTX1050 needs no aux power at all.

The main problem with a cheap psu is when it gets overloaded and fails,
A cheap psu will not have the protective circuitry to protect other parts from damage.

Your psu has 26A on the 12V rail, technically only 456W instead of the advertised 650W.
a 660Ti needs 24A / 450W which basically is too much for your PSU, so while it 'may' work for a little bit with a splitter, you are certainly headed for failure very very quickly. Since taking the load of your whole system, you'd be over taxing your PSU all the time.

So as suggested above, either get a good PSU that has the umpf to run the GPU or just go with a current generation 1050(Ti) level GPU which can run off of your current one. ( or both as that PSU really seems like garbage )

i have around 150€ to spend on the computer and i currently own this: mobo foxconn g31mx series, cpu- q6600, ram-3gb ddr2 @ 400mhz, gpu- gts 8800 320mb.

I tought of buying a motherboard that can handle more than 4gb of ram ( https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H110M-PRO-D.html ). At least 4gb ddr4 @ 2133mhz ram, and a g4560 as a cpu and use the gts 8800 until im able to buy something better. But then i tought of buying a 1050 ti to use on the system i currently own but that would bottleneck for sure and a maximum of 4 gb of ram @ 800mhz wouldnt make sense to buy a 1050ti or even a 1050. i honeslty dont know what to do. I dont even know if there are better motherboards or cpus around the same price ( ~50€ )
